I loved being able to photograph Emmeline’s 6 month session! Her family was referred to me by Rafael’s family, who I’ll be seeing again very soon! Referrals are the best!
Emmeline (aka Emy), is so incredibly sweet. She was happy and content with anything we did. She really enjoyed walking (well being carried, of course) through the areas of the park we used for our session. She also looked at my camera with interest, which led to some great eye contact shots!
I really do love everything about this session. We captured a lot of natural moments (even if guided). That always gives sessions a relaxed feeling. There is no pressure for clients to be anything they are not. Forced smiles and awkward positions don’t exist in these sessions. Families get the opportunity to be their true selves.
On a side note, I am going to be taking that to a new level soon. I can’t wait to start offering documentary family sessions! Documentary family sessions will include my coming to your house or a place you often go as a family, and simply capturing special moments as they would occur if I weren’t there. I’ll also be offering day-in-the-life sessions as part of this.
I’ll be sharing this information on my brand new newsletter first, so you’ll want to sign up for that! 🙂 CLICK HERE to do so. You’ll receive an email asking you to click on a link to confirm your interest in the newsletter, and while I know that step can be annoying, it gives me permission to legally send occasional emails when there is something exciting to share. 🙂 As I mentioned, I’ll be sharing the information about documentary family sessions, but other exciting things as well. So it’s a good way to stay current and make sure you’re in the know!
So now let’s talk about adorable Emmeline again. Actually, I’m done talking – I’m going to show you her sweetness right now!
First, you’ll want to watch this video, and you’ll also see come adorable clips of Emmeline in action!
In this next one, Emmeline was enjoying chewing/sucking on her daddy’s finger! She was quite serious about it!
Just have a look at those baby legs. I mean…heart eyes!
So we all know by now I like to photograph baby toes…but they’re so cute! So, so cute!
She made the sweetest little expressions! I know this blog post is bigger than usual, but I couldn’t choose 10. I mean, how am I supposed to do that with all this sweetness? So I think here are somewhere between 30-35 of them. I hope you’ve enjoyed looking as much as I’ve enjoyed working on them!
