Isaiah came to see me at 6 weeks old! You never know what you’re going to get with 6 week newborn photography. I mean, no matter what, babies are worth capturing. However, Isaiah proved that 6 week olds can take newborn photos as well!!
If you think you missed out on newborn photos because someone has told you your baby has to be a certain age, reach out to us! We don’t mind older babies!See more
Graham was already over a month old when he came to see me! When babies are that age, I never know what to expect. However, things happen, and it doesn’t always work out to participate in newborn photography at the usual time. Well, Graham could not have been more perfect for our time together! He was so sweet, and even slept for us! You’d never know he was a month old by the photos, and I was happy we were able to produce newborn photos, even past the usual timing!See more
Thomas came to see me at the Edwardsville newborn photography studio a few weeks ago, and he is the sweetest, and cutest, little guy! He was so perfect for all the natural posing my clients and I love so much. I’m so excited to get to see him again in 6 more months!See more
A couple weeks ago now (how??), I got to meet and photograph baby Nikolai! Sweet Nikolai belongs to one of my favorite clients of all time. Every time I see them, it’s like seeing an old friend. They really are the best, and their kids are the sweetest! I hadn’t seen them in quite some time.
My friend Tamara from Bump Meet Baby in South Carolina was here with me for the session, and it was so nice getting to work with her. She agreed with me that these clients are pretty great! 🙂
Nikolai looked super sweet in white and gray, and he was a perfect little guy at his session. I can’t wait to share these images with the family!

Dax came to see me at my Edwardsville newborn photography studio to capture some sweet images! He was 6 weeks old, and cute as could be. I last saw him when he was brand new, for his Mercy Hospital Fresh 48 photo session. It’s always mind blowing to me how much babies change in such a short amount of time! He had grown for sure, but one thing that hadn’t changed was his facial expressions! If you go back and look at his Fresh 48 session, you can see that he is making some of the exact same faces in these newborn photos!
I got to work with Dax’s family when big brother Vaelin was born. I wasn’t able to be their birth photographer this time due to the pandemic and restrictions. I’m not really offering birth photography anymore anyway, due to difficulty with having a family and being on call. It makes me really sad to say that, because births were always so close to my heart! They’re amazing to experience with my clients, and I love capturing those moments! However, for now, at this stage of my l life, Fresh 48 is what I can offer. Of course, I would have made an exception for these wonderful clients, but it was not meant to be. Most hospitals are now allowing Fresh 48 photography, so that is great! However, everything is up in the air right now, as we all know.
Anyway, back to Dax – he and Vaelin are both so adorable! Dax has the perfect skin (no baby acne outbreaks here!), and the perfect eyelashes, as you’ll see in the images below.See more
Willa was the absolute perfect baby for her photo session. She slept like a champ, and we were able to get so much done in such a short amount of time! Her big brother was also amazing! I hadn’t seen this family since he was a newborn himself. I’m so glad I got to be their St. Louis newborn photographer for them once again, and capture this special time in their lives!
For Willa’s session, I incorporated some of my standard of creams and whites, but mama also had a request for some blues and greens as well. I think we managed to accomplish that very well! Who says girls can’t be featured in blue and green? I’m in love!See more
Baby Colette came to see me at our Edwardsville newborn photography studio, and she was so adorable! She has 3 adoring older siblings, and parents who just might have their hands a little full, but you’d never know it! They are so laidback and chill, and were so wonderful to have as clients!See more
